With two months of preparation left before the Under 20 World Cup begins, Tab Ramos has named a roster for one of the final tune up matches.

After squeaking by in qualification for a U-20 World Cup spot in January, the team was dealt an absolutely dream draw for the group stage of the tournament. But before the group embark on what they hope will be a long and successful run, they must finalize a roster to take to New Zealand. Ramos' squad will come together in England for a training camp during the international break. Then, friendlies against Tottenham Hotspur's U-20s and England's U-21 team are one of the last chances for these players to prove they belong on the plane.

Many of the players on the roster took part in the qualifying process, however there are a few new faces in the group. Joel Sonora is a very exciting name to keep an eye on. He is an attacking midfielder in the Boca Juniors youth system. Sonora was on the initial roster for qualifying, but had to be replaced due to injury. His creativity and technical ability could be a huge addition to the squad.

Desevio Payne also makes his debut in the U.S. youth system. The versatile defender has broken through for Eredivisie side Groningen this season. His preferred position is right back, but can play left back and center back. His decision to join the U-20's puts pressure on Shaquell Moore, who started most of the qualifying games at right back.

The competition for spots on the final roster will be very tight. This training camp should go a long way to help Ramos make his choices.
